• “ZERROW,” “we,” “us,” “our” refers to the company owning this website.
• “You,” “Customer,” “User” refers to the person or entity placing an order via ZERROW.
• “Products / Services” means the printing, merchandise, digital design, combo packages, and related items offered on the site.

We reserve the right to modify or revise this agreement at any time. It’s your responsibility to review the T&C periodically. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.

• You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or order placement.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

• We attempt to describe Products and Services accurately. However, we do not warrant that descriptions, images, or other content are error-free, complete, or current.
• In case of a Product being out of stock or unavailable after an order is placed, we will inform you within 48 hours and may cancel or offer alternatives. Refunds will be processed accordingly.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion (e.g. pricing error, fraudulent order, out-of-stock item).
• If you have been charged for a cancelled order, the amount will be refunded to you as per our refund policy.

• Prices are as listed at the time of order. We do not guarantee prices remain unchanged.
• All applicable taxes, duties, and shipping charges (if any) are extra unless explicitly included.
• In case of failed payment or credit card/UPI issues, we hold no liability for cost, delay, or rejected delivery.

• Delivery timelines are estimates; delays may occur due to logistical, regulatory, or external factors beyond our control.
• After dispatch, risk of loss or damage passes to you. Incorrect address or contact information is your responsibility.
• Extra reshipping costs for address errors will be borne by the customer.

• Claims for damage, defects, or shortages must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.
• Returns are accepted only if product is unused, in original condition, and within our policy period.
• Refunds will be processed after inspection and approval. The original cost of shipping is non-refundable.

• All design content, images, logos, templates, and materials on the site are subject to copyright.
• You may use or print for your order only. Republishing, redistribution or reuse of materials in any form is prohibited without our written consent.

• We will not be liable for indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or Products.
• You agree to indemnify and hold ZERROW harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, or expenses arising from your misuse of the website or violation of these T&C.

• We reserve the right to take legal action against persons placing fraudulent orders.
• We may also require additional verification for suspicious orders.
