- We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India.
- For remote or inaccessible locations, additional shipping charges or longer delivery timelines may apply.
- Delivery outside India (international orders) may be considered on a case-by-case basis—please contact us separately.
- All orders are processed within 24 to 72 hours after order confirmation and payment.
- Customization (design, proofs, approvals) may add processing time.
- Once dispatched, delivery timelines depend on your location and chosen shipping method (standard/express).

- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on product weight, dimensions, and destination.
- Free delivery applies for apparel and merchandise orders above ₹4,999 (within mainland India), or as per promos.
- For international or bulky orders, shipping will be charged separately.
- We partner with reputed courier companies (e.g. Blue Dart, Delhivery, FedEx, etc.).
- For fragile or heavy shipments, we may use specialized packaging or logistic services.
- You may select standard or express courier options during checkout.
- Upon dispatch, you will receive a tracking number / AWB via email or SMS.
- You can monitor your order’s status through the courier’s tracking portal.
- If you don’t receive updates, contact us at support and we’ll assist.
- Please ensure your address is accurate, with correct PIN/ZIP code and contact number.
- If delivery fails due to incorrect address or non-availability, the shipment will be returned to us.
- Reshipping or redelivery will incur extra charges which the customer must bear.
- Once the package is handed over to the courier, the risk of loss or damage passes to you.
- Please verify the parcel condition in the presence of the delivery agent before accepting.
- In case of damage or discrepancy, do not accept or note the issue on the delivery receipt (POD) and inform us immediately.
- We're not responsible for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, customs clearance, or courier-related issues outside our control.
- In such cases, we’ll communicate delays to you and work to resolve as soon as possible.
- If the package is returned undelivered, we’ll notify you.
- You may request reshipment (extra cost applies) or cancellation.
- Upon cancellation, any refundable amount will be processed after deduction of shipping and handling charges.
